The client, a local dental chain, acquired customers through group-buying platforms and offline events. Leads were scattered across Meituan, Douyin, and phone calls; consultants followed up via personal WeChat and took the leads with them when they left. Recalls depended on the front desk's memory, and patient churn stayed high.
The admin side uses ThinkPHP + Vue decoupled architecture, with a WeChat Mini Program for patients. All leads enter one pool with automatic channel attribution and full follow-up records; recall plans are generated automatically by treatment cycle and pushed via template messages.
Once deployed across all stores, leads no longer lived in personal WeChat accounts, and first-visit conversion became measurable. Automated recalls visibly improved returning patient visits, and channel spending shifted from gut feel to report-driven decisions.
