The client operates a container depot near Zhengzhou with heavy gate traffic and complex container conditions. The old process ran on paper forms and Excel: handwritten inspection records, repair estimates based on veteran intuition, and month-end reconciliation that ran past midnight. Inconsistent quoting standards frequently triggered customer disputes.
Built on a ThinkPHP + layui decoupled architecture, with the PC as the main workspace and field inspectors entering data via mobile H5. Condition photos are captured and uploaded on the spot; a quoting rule engine prices repairs automatically by container type, damage location, and repair process, with special cases routed to manual review.
After launch, average quoting time per container dropped from about 15 minutes to under 3, with unified standards and noticeably fewer disputes. The repair ledger and photos went fully electronic, cutting month-end reconciliation from 2 days to 2 hours.
