Nursing homes bill care fees monthly, schools bill tuition by semester, meal services bill by week — different industries, highly similar billing logic: recurring invoices, multi-channel dunning, and arrears ledgers. These used to run on Excel plus WeChat transfers, with missed and wrong charges happening regularly.
We abstracted a universal billing engine: configurable charging rules (recurring/one-off/tiered), automatic bill generation at due dates, a WeChat Mini Program for online payment, and a Vue admin console for discounts, refunds, and reconciliation. WeChat Pay V3 direct integration with profit-sharing support.
The system now runs in elderly care, private schools, and meal delivery companies. With billing and dunning automated, collection staff workload dropped by about 70%, missed charges were virtually eliminated, and the payment experience for parents and families improved noticeably.
